Focus V Minimum Resale Price Policy

Effective May 19, 2023, Focus V hereby announces its new distribution policy for the sale of CARTA 2 products through both online retailers and brick-and-mortar businesses in the United States. This policy has been formulated to safeguard the esteemed reputation of Focus V, its brand, and its products, while simultaneously supporting and protecting our valued resellers in the fiercely competitive marketplace.


We understand that resellers have the freedom to determine the resale price of Focus V products. However, it is imperative to note that, henceforth, Focus V will cancel any orders and permanently terminate the supply relationship with resellers who advertise, offer, or sell CARTA 2 products below the Minimum Price. The Minimum Price will be established and regularly communicated by Focus V.

Please be aware that this policy is non-negotiable and violation thereof will result in immediate cessation of product shipments to the offending reseller. Probationary or suspension periods will not be permitted.

We acknowledge your right to resell Focus V products at prices of your choosing, but we kindly request your compliance with the Minimum Price guidelines in order to maintain the integrity of our brand and ensure fair competition within the marketplace.

Please note that this policy does not constitute a contractual agreement between you and Focus V, and we do not require a response from you regarding its implementation.

Focus V retains the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this pricing policy in whole or in part, and may specify periods during which the policy is not applicable. Exceptions to our Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) policy are exclusively granted for limited-time sales and discounts:
  • 72-Hour Sale: Should you wish to implement a limited-time discount to the units, or conduct a sale lasting up to 72 hour\s, discounts of up to 20% off the MSRP may be advertised. However, each entity is limited to conducting one 72-hour sale per calendar month.
  • Please be aware that strict adherence to these guidelines is required to ensure consistency and transparency in our pricing practices.

    In all circumstances, discounts for online sales must be: (1) taken automatically at checkout, or (2) made using a promo code after the item has been added to the purchaser’s cart.
