RETURN POLICY

How can I return something? All purchases are final once shipped. We only accept a return if a product has a manufactured flaw upon receipt, was damaged in transit or proves to be defective. Please ship all qualifying returns to 2740 S Harbor Blvd, Unit E, Santa Ana, CA 92704

 

Do I have to pay shipping for my return items? Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us. When approved, a credit memo will be issued on your account for the qualified returned value, plus reasonable postage compensation.

 

Do you offer exchanges? Unfortunately, we are not setup for any exchanges. Any qualified returns will be resolved with a credit memo issued on your account. Unqualified returns may be subject to a 25% restock fee prior to credit memo issuance.

 

What are Unqualified Returns? Unqualified returns are discontinued items, new & working condition items, as well as used or soiled items. Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective, you will be charged a 25% processing and restocking fee & be responsible for shipping.

 

If I want to return something, how long will it take for my return to be processed? Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take less than 2-3 business days to process. You will receive email confirmations when your return case is closed.

  


 

DAMAGED GOODS, MANUFACTURE DEFECTS & ORDER DISCREPANCIES

What is considered a defective Item? A defect is a manufacture error that prevents proper use and longevity. A defect is something not caused by the user.

 

I received a defective item, what do I do? All claims for manufacture defects must be made within 30 days from purchase. No exceptions. Please file a claim by visiting RETURNS CLAIM.

 

I received a damaged package, what do I do? All claims for goods damaged in transit must be made within 3 business days from receipt. No exceptions. Please file a claim by visiting DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM.

 

What if my order is not correct? Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please create a case by visiting ORDER DISCREPENCY CLAIM. You may also email us below and we will look into it.  Please include your invoice number at all times when e-mailing customer service.
